You will need:
½ of the Xingu Açaà Pulp
¼ can of condensed milk
½ box of cream
1 sachet of colorless, flavorless gelatin, hydrated
120ml of milk
Preparation method:
1. Blend the condensed milk, açaÃ, cream, milk and hydrated gelatin in a blender or mixer.
2. Distribute the mixture into individual molds with a hole in the middle.
3. Leave in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Unmold and serve cold.
4. Sauce: blend the açaà cream in a blender and place two spoons on top of each mousse when serving.
5. To unmold: dip the pudding mold in a baking dish with hot water for 30 seconds or until the pudding comes away from the bottom and sides.
6. Serve with syrup, blackberries and blueberries or red fruits of your choice.
