You will need:

  • ½ of the Xingu Açaí Pulp

  • ¼ can of condensed milk

  • ½ box of cream

  • 1 sachet of colorless, flavorless gelatin, hydrated

  • 120ml of milk

Preparation method:

  • 1. Blend the condensed milk, açaí, cream, milk and hydrated gelatin in a blender or mixer.

  • 2. Distribute the mixture into individual molds with a hole in the middle.

  • 3. Leave in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Unmold and serve cold.

  • 4. Sauce: blend the açaí cream in a blender and place two spoons on top of each mousse when serving.

  • 5. To unmold: dip the pudding mold in a baking dish with hot water for 30 seconds or until the pudding comes away from the bottom and sides.

  • 6. Serve with syrup, blackberries and blueberries or red fruits of your choice.
